Hippy Market

Hippy Market is located in three hip parts of Paris  - Montmatre, Chatelet and the Marais. They have a large range of colorful items from the 60's onwards. We saw lots of denim, polyester frocks and boots.
Finding something fun and cool is easy here as everything is well organised and you don't have to rummage. Despite this, prices here are low so you can take home some shoes, a dress or a jacket and still have some change left for an apero afterwards.

Frip Sap

This little friperie is good to know about if you are in the neighborhood as it has a good selection of denim, shoes and jackets. It's prices are very low and items are in good condition. A small but handy stop on the vintage trail.

Espace Guerrisol

This is a treasure trove of very cheap thrift. Ok, so you will find many pieces you wouldn't want to wear, but, hidden amonst the pilesare items of pure gold. On our last visit we found 3 vintage cocktail frocks for under 10 euros each, a handful of cardigans for 2 euros and a pair of red ankle boots.

This is the place to go if you enjoy the rummage and the adrenalin rush of finding something amazing for a bargain basement price. This is why those in the know keep coming back here again and again.

Episode

We just love a visit to Episode on the rue Tiquetonne; a charming piétonne street just off the bustling market street of rue Montorgueil.

Popular with students and fashionistas alike; Episode provides reliable vintage selections at reasonable second hand prices. We find it impossible to go into this shop without buying at least one item.

As you can see, you will find lots of denim, leather jackets, floral play suits, racks of vintage dresses and hundreds of men's shirts and t shirts.

It's all here and easy to find, what ever you are after. So if you don't like to rummage you will enjoy this address.

Kiliwatch

We love Kiliwatch with it's cool mix of vintage and new that makes this a must visit address while you are in Paris.

All the pieces are cool and it's easy to browse here and find something that you will like with minimum fuss.

There are good selection of denim, boots, and vintage dresses all chosen with an eye for current trends.

The Etienne Marcel area is full of trendy boutiques and plenty of cafes so it's a great place to explore. So kick back and have a well earned apero break.

Omaya Vintage

If you feeling like channeling your inner Debbie Harry (Blondie) then head over to Omaya Vintage in Oberkampf. Here you can pick up 70's and 80's boots for around 40 euros, dresses from 10 euros and fur jackets for around 80 euros. We had a lot of fun trying on lots of different looks and in the end decided on a faux leopard fur jacket....purrrrr. Men won't miss out either. We saw military jackets, vintage leather satchels and lots of vintage shirts to keep him looking fine.

Planete 70

This shop is jam packed with pieces from the 60's onwards. Prices are very reasonable and you will need to set aside some time to work you way through the densely packed racks. It's worth it; there are so many covetable items in this shop. You'll have a hard time deciding what not to buy!

Adöm

There is a lot of good vintage shopping to be found in Bastille. The area has a indie and rock feel to it and many of the vintage stores in the area stock accordingly. Think boots, denim and leather jackets.

Adöm has two stores, opposite each other, one for men (at 35) and one for women (at 56). Both are fun to rummage in and have a wide range of retro and second hand.

The prices here are very reasonable and the collection is always funky. We found a fabulous pair of 80's red boots for under 50 euros. Very happy!
